Notability is unclear due to sources provided in the article, that aren't independent of the subject, I think that this article should be merged into National Commission for Civic Education article because it doesn't qualify for a stand-alone article. - Delete Very few independent reliable sources available; the few that I saw aren't adequate to meet general notability, and none of the positions he's held seem to be ones that would give presumptive notability under WP:NPOL.
