This article has multiple issues 1. Does not meet style layout 2. Does not meet notability requirements 3. Does not say much about the player at all

Delete or maybe redirect to Atlanta Legion. Per WP:RLN, playing for the US in a non-World Cup match is not notable. And rightly so. The US is not a full member of the RLIF; rugby league is the smallest of fringe sports there. Also, it does not appear that Tongamoa has been covered significantly by reliable sources (as opposed to non-independent official rugby league write-ups). --Mkativerata (talk) 19:29, 4 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
