Sports biographies must include at least one reference to a source providing significant coverage of the subject, excluding database sources. is what WP:SPORTBASIC tells us is a requirement for any sportsperson to have their own article. This article has 5 references but 3 of them are database sources, one is Facebook and the Al-Arabiya source doesn't mention the footballer at all.
