I don't see any evidence that the subject passes WP:NPROF or GNG. Assistant professors are rarely notable and this doesn't seem to be an exception - his most highly cited paper has 65 citations, which is far from satisfying WP:NPROF#C1, especially in a high-citation field. The citations in the article comprise primary sources, his own works, and news items in which he provides a quote in passing - there's no independent biographical coverage of the subject himself. The article appears to have been the subject of extensive COI/UPE editing, which wouldn't be a reason to delete it if it were actually notable, but which furthers the impression that the topic doesn't meet our standards for inclusion.
