- Keep I'm inclined to say federal judges are per se notable, but just in case, I've dug up some sources on cases besides the Microsoft case: Qualcomm v. Broadcom, Ritalin class action, civil claims against Iran. Wl219 00:04, 28 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Per Wikipedia: Notability (people), "Politicians who have held international, national or statewide/provincewide office, and members and former members of a national, state or provincial legislatures." Federal judges are not elected positions, but are political appointments. He has sufficient secondary sources. --Moonriddengirl 00:38, 28 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
- Keep because of the importance of the case. There are only 268 such positions, which makes them a very high-level office, and I think they would all have occasion to issue particularly newsworthy or encyclopedia worthy opinions.
