  • Merge/redirect to Royston,_Hertfordshire: The coverage which can be found is local in scope and I agree that it cannot demonstrate sufficient notability for an article, but I do think that the inclusion of the information (supported by sources around Creative Royston and affiliated organisations, as well as the local council [1]) enhances the understanding of the town's cultural activities. The information would be better distinguished in an Amenities section though, rather than "Popular Culture" which tends to be a collection of minor associations.
