Fails WP:BIO, scant in-depth reliable sources. Weak referencing to such peripheral stuff as construction projects of his firm (WP:NOTINHERITED) and an honorary consulship. Sources for ordinary bio details like birthplace and date are missing. The best source is a weak #14 of 100 'notable people' Forbes list entry.
