The article is simply not notable to stay on Wikipedia. Only 2 primary sources are used to discuss the fraud incident, and they only mention the subject of the article. I haven’t found any good secondary sources about the businessperson and the issues of notability haven’t been solved since the 1st nomination in 2008. • Comment. Nothing in the New York Times or Polish Wikipedia, but I found this in the Wall Street Journal: Stynes, Tess (2012-11-28). "Brokerage Owner Accused in Fraud Scheme Targeted at Polish Community". Wall Street Journal. ISSN 0099-9660. Retrieved 2021-09-13. Eastmain (talkcontribs) 21:20, 13 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete. WP:ONEVENT at best, fails NBIO/GNG otherwise. --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here 01:52, 14 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete Only notable for One Event. But on other part fails WP:GNG. DMySon (talk) 20:28, 14 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
  • Redirect to an article about the event itself, since the event seems to be more notable than the person. Minkai (talk to me) 13:32, 20 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
