Article does not clearly establish notability -- minor baseball prospect who has not been active in the sport for close to two years. Sourcing is weak and article is largely a compendium of trivia. Article has been proposed for merger into Washington Nationals minor league players for more than six months without action; it is a poor fit for said article because of the subject's inactivity and uncertain contract status.
