Delete: a directory listing at best; does not meet WP:NORG. There's also an odd para about a 3rd party company, so one wonders about the promotional purpose of this:

"Rialto Network is powered by the Tightrope Media Systems. Tightrope Media Systems is a digital media company that develops broadcast solutions for multiple platforms including television, over-the-top content, Internet streaming, and mobile devices"!

Delete: No notability; fails WP:ORGCRITE, and WP:BCAST not being a national or regional cable channel. Three references (one error 404) and a primary source does not reach the level of "verifiably through reliable sources". Local station per the subjects website: "Rialto Community Network is a community development project based in Rialto area of Dublin. We work to address poverty disadvantage and social exclusion in this area of South West Dublin City.". Otr500 (talk) 07:23, 4 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
