Soft deleted, then restored after the original nominator was blocked for undeclared paid editing (promoting a competitor to Rupayan). With their conflict of interest, they shouldn't have nominated this, but deletion was good for Wikipedia because the topic is not notable.

Circa 2013 this building was promised to be 35 stories high. As of July 2022 it was still awaiting planning approval and plans had been scaled back to just 15 stories.[1] If construction ever begins, it will be one of many buildings that size in Dhaka. Perhaps enough will be written about it to make it notable, but for now it's WP:TOOSOON. Worldbruce (talk) 05:22, 4 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
