WP:BLP of a filmmaker, not reliably sourcing any strong pass of WP:CREATIVE. The only notability claim in evidence here is that he and his films exist, and the only cited source is a 65 word blurb nominally confirming that one of the films was planned but not saying anything substantive about it or him to verify that they would pass our notability criteria. Nothing stated here is "inherently" notable enough to exempt him from having to be referenced much better than this, and I can't find anything better.
