Fails WP:ANYBIO, the only references provided are social networking sites and a personal website. The article’s original creator and one of the main contributors, Ramesh.shanmuganathan has a WP:COI, as the article is about him. The article was previously deleted (via Speedy) in 2009 but was re-created by a different user. Ramesh.shanmuganathan has removed a previous PROD notice without making any improvements and continues to edit this article.
