Delete: The references for the current article are later than the previous AfD, so CSD G4 may not be applicable. The recent Firstpost item quoting the subject as "a social activist from Pune", one of several quoted, is not indicative of notability. The 2015 Indian Express item about the subject's resignation as president of a dissolved party unit is more specific, but not in my opinion a role sufficient for the WP:POLITICIAN criteria.
