The only secondary coverage I can find is this Sydney Morning Herald article, which doesn't give it a significant claim to notability. Comment I understand WP:SCHOOLOUTCOMES refers to school districts, or the "lowest level locality" - the NSW Dept operates over 2,000 schools. I would not disagree with redirection, although I still think a lack of notability warrants deletion. A better target to redirect the page to would List of Government schools in New South Wales: Q-Z.
