Delete. While @0"cleopatra"0: has provided a lot of mentions of the subject, in my opinion the subject fails WP:SIGCOV. As such, WP:NFOOTY status is irrelevant. My own search similarly turned up a number of passing references, but none that "...addresses the topic directly and in detail."
