Same sort of case as Ali Jan Faizi and Mohammad Fazel Bratyan. No sources found by searching in Persian (قیس خدری) or English. No evidence of WP:GNG or WP:SPORTBASIC, the latter clearly stating that Sports biographies must include at least one reference to a source providing significant coverage of the subject, excluding database sources.
