Prometheus Fuels is a small tech start up that does not meet Wikipedia's GNG. They currently have 25 employees listed on Linkedin. Their references primarily consist of paid media from unreliable sources. They have no press coverage from reliable sources, other than the Bloomberg article. This article's sole purpose is to serve as an advertisement for the company. This a good example of unambiguous advertising or promotion. User talk:DrAngstrom is a SPA that was heavily involved in the creation of the Prometheus Fuels page. Additionally, User:DrAngstrom admits to having a COI on his talk page and is most likely an employee of the company. Sonstephen0 (talk) 17:46, 16 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

  • Keep - Unambiguous promotion appears to be a stretch but WP:CSD is the first place to take that claim. WP:COI and WP:NPOV can be addressed through improvements to this short article. Evidence of notability appears to be good based on the cited souces here. ~Kvng (talk) 21:22, 24 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]
    • @Kvng: as a point of information, prior to this AFD, a speedy deletion tag was placed on this article asserting unambiguous promotion. I declined that request because I did not view it to be unambiguous. So just to answer your process question (your first sentence), the proper process was followed. --B (talk) 12:04, 27 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep - I created the first draft of this page after learning that User talk:DrAngstrom had written one which I felt wasn't up to Wikipedia quality standards. In addition, from what I can tell they are indeed currently working at the company (a classic COI). However, I don't know them personally and can confirm they were not involved in the creation of the page at all, or my impulse to create it. Quite the opposite — because of that I decided to discard their old material and write a fresh entry based on the several publicly-available sources I found (which don't appear to be paid? 🤔 unsure). It seemed that a relatively new company (late 2019) with as much already written about it was important enough to merit an article. Not really surprised an employee felt the same, but equally unsurprised they didn't know how to do it properly. I've been a casual contributor for 14 years and did the best I could.
