Keep - as a clandestine organization, understood that it would operate through other fronts. That said, functions as the referent of ICOR in Ivory Coast, gets republished frequently in organs of related parties since foundation in 1996. --Soman (talk) 11:47, 19 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Perhaps you could elaborate how that satisfies WP:NORG? Sources have to be independent to satisfy the SIRS requirement and organs of related parties aren't that.
