Non-notable company, fails WP:CORP. The Guinness World Record is hardly applicable as in-depth coverage since they didn't make the hotdog, they made the meat. §FreeRangeFrogcroak 02:09, 26 May 2015 (UTC)
- I want to thank you for providing the link to the voting, User:FreeRangeFrog. One of the most annoying things is when they tell you your article is up for deletion and then don't provide you with the link to the voting. It should be compulsory that people give the link for voting on the article originator's talk page, that way ensuring everyone gets their chance to vote, including the article originator. That said I will vote keep, because, well, I don't write about non-notable stuff, and this brand is very famous at least in Paraguay. The problem, I think, is Paraguayans I guess are not very familiar with the Net, I am guessing-I have never been there, but in my quest to make the world knowledgeable about Latin affairs through Wikipedia, I decided that night when I wrote the article was going to be "Paraguay night" for me, and when I found out about that brand having that world record I said "why not?" Now I know the sources are scant and maybe even non-trust-able (and that by saying that I am not helping the article's case), but they are there. And just because we don't know them, does not necessarily mean that they are non-notable. Saludos! Antonio The Longest Hot Dog Martin (haw haw) 05:36, May 26,, 2015 (UTC)
- AntonioMartin, you can always find the link to an AfD discussion via the template that is placed at the top of the article concerned (labeled "this article's entry"). Cordless Larry (talk) 07:28, 26 May 2015 (UTC)
- Well, not Always, Larry. for example, I got this message recently:"== Proposed deletion of Los Roldán ==

The article Los Roldán has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. JMHamo (talk) 21:01, 14 May 2015 (UTC)" - In this case there was no deletion because the proposer found out that Los Roldan has a lot of references and is indeed very notable but I did not get a link to vote on it.
In any case, thanks Larry and a wiki-salute to you. God bless! Antonio Alaska Airlines Martin (haw haw) 10:45, May 26, 2015 (UTC)
- That's because no discussion takes place regarding proposed deletions, unlike with AfDs, AntonioMartin. If you want to contest a proposed deletion, all you need to do is remove the deletion template from the article, as the template itself instructs you to do. If the proposer then wants to take it further, they have to open up an AfD discussion like this one. Cordless Larry (talk) 11:17, 26 May 2015 (UTC)
- Delete No evidence of notability and per concerns raised at ANI. Lugnuts Dick Laurent is dead 07:13, 26 May 2015 (UTC)
- Delete - No evidence of notability, as Antonio pretty much admits above. If they did "produce" the meat used in this sausage, then that can be mentioned in the sausage's article. Cordless Larry (talk) 07:28, 26 May 2015 (UTC)

- Delete Saw this mentioned at AN/I. As the article creator concedes, no evidence of notability and none likely to exist. Coretheapple (talk) 16:56, 26 May 2015 (UTC)
- Delete I wouldn't even consider this to have a claim of notability. Processed the meat for part of a notable hot dog? Come on. Andrew Lenahan - Starblind 18:54, 29 May 2015 (UTC)
