The result was no consensus. Since this has now been relisted twice it really ought to be closed, but I'm closing it as "no consensus" rather than "keep". Multiple users have suggested that this article be kept, but few policy-based reasons or sources have been advanced. Without such reasons, there is no policy-based consensus to close this as "keep".
