Merge to Retail Food Group, as a subsidiary company of Retail Food Group. This will improve the merge target article, as per WP:ATD-M. North America¹⁰⁰⁰
Merge with redirect to Retail Food Group as an owned company. Does not seem to have sufficient IRS to be notable in its own right.
