Non-notable "interim director" of a company in in the news for it's connection to The Panama Papers scandal. The wording in the lede is ambiguous, but this subject is not the co-founder of the company; rather, his brother Jürgen Mossack is. No depth coverage to support WP:GNG; notability is not inherited.
