Fails WP:NCORP. I searched for Peptech and Arana Therapeutics and all I could find was passing mentions and brief announcements on its acquisition. Article has remained largely unsourced since its creation in 2007. Dps04 (talk) 04:47, 7 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Keep. It's tricky to trawl through all the passing, routine coverage on mergers, name changes etc. but I think there are enough sources that go beyond routine coverage to say that NCORP is met: this article in the The Advertiser, extended coverage of a planned merger in news.com.au, an extensive article in The Australian and a substantial section in Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Biotechnology, published by Edward Elgar Publishing. There's also several borderline sources, such as this article in the Australian Financial Review, which is paywalled but may be useful, and this piece in The Age. Delete References are mainly based on regurgitated company announcements and fail WP:ORGIND. I'm unable to locate any reference that meets the criteria for establishing notabilty. Topic fails GNG/NCORP. HighKing⁺⁺ 13:27, 21 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
