Bloated article of a small group that never registered, fielded a candidate, or participated in any election. Only claim to notability is interaction with People's Mojahedin Organization of Iran, and an online search doesn’t give any additional hits aside from the sources already in the article (which lack any form of substantial coverage, some don't even mention the group.
