Currently, the article is supported only by an Amazon profile, and a profile on an affiliated website. He seems to be a fairly prolific author of technical books (Idiot's Guide to Windows 98, Windows 7 Unleashed, that sort of thing), but I wasn't able to find any of his books reviewed anywhere in non-UGC sources that might point towards an NAUTHOR pass, and I could find no coverage of the man himself in any significant depth in any reliable, independent sources which might point towards a GNG pass.
