The result was Keep. Consensus is that the sources provided by Hiroloveswords and others have shown notability. The article has been improved too. Ritchie333 (talk) (cont) 09:46, 19 May 2015 (UTC)

Minor appointed official. The only significant material is some negative material about minor crimes. Wee he a notable elected official it might be relevant--it is not in this case. DGG ( talk ) 18:58, 9 May 2015 (UTC)
- Delete Fails WP:POLITICIAN and the article is a coatrack for listing petty crimes he committed. Cullen328 Let's discuss it 22:36, 9 May 2015 (UTC)
- Keep - Received significant coverage in the Boston Globe articles Manager Named In Saugus and Saugus Manager Vote Angers Some Residents, the Chicago Tribune articles Maywood Manager Charged with Theft, Top Official Suspended by Maywood Bd. , Manager Fired in Maywood After Probe, and Former Village Manager of Maywood Sent to Jail, and the Courier Express articles Boucher's Action Helps Cut Payroll and Boucher To Leave City Post. Was also a party in a case that went all the way to the Supreme Court of Illinois [1] --Hirolovesswords (talk) 23:09, 9 May 2015 (UTC)
Delete, I agree with the WP:COATRACK issue stated above by DGG. I only think the article should remain if we can find his true biographical sketch in the public domain. The fact that a false one exists does not make him notable, IMO.--TonyTheTiger (T / C / WP:FOUR / WP:CHICAGO / WP:WAWARD) 13:01, 10 May 2015 (UTC)

TonyTheTiger, I'm a little puzzled by what you mean by "false" biographical sketch, or why a reference being in the public domain is significant. DGG ( talk ) 20:12, 10 May 2015 (UTC)
- Keep O.K. the false bio stuff is just an element of the Maywood Mgr. section. Of the few RS available online they were a major portion of the content. WP:AGF this does pass WP:GNG.--TonyTheTiger (T / C / WP:FOUR / WP:CHICAGO / WP:WAWARD) 01:49, 11 May 2015 (UTC)
- If so, what is notable is the case, not the person. DGG ( talk ) 17:44, 11 May 2015 (UTC)
- Keep I did a quick search in newspapers.com and quite a few newspaper articles in the late 1960s to early 1970s. His crimes apparently drew a lot of interest. --I am One of Many (talk) 08:44, 16 May 2015 (UTC)
