Paul Kerry, the subject of the article, has requested via email that it be proposed for deletion (the actual request was sent directly to my personal email, but OTRS responders can view the conversation leading up to his decision here). Notability in this case appears fairly borderline, and in such situations the community has generally honoured requests like this; I am therefore putting this article up for deletion on his behalf.
