While this page was undeleted by @Georgewilliamherbert in April of 2015, I feel that the concerns he mentioned on the talk page (most especially notability) have not been adequately addressed since then. The only sources are tied to the developers (HashiCorp), and I was unable to find much in the way of potential sources that weren't.

My first thought would be a redirect to either Vagrant, as Packer is apparently closely tied to it functionality, or HashiCorp, perhaps with the addition there of a section on it. WikiPuppies _bark ^dig 05:08, 21 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

We're a top 10 Bank and we're using it. This is serious stuff. The debate needs to be clearer about why this is better than puppet and chef, because the debate often ends there.
