I'm unable to find anything about the band, and the four refs aren't great. It looks like they also went by 'Ophurall', and one of their band members passed a few years later. Their stuff is kindly available on the Internet Archive (and on their website), but those things don't indicate notability. In essence, a failure of WP:BAND.
