Delete per nom reasons. A google search of his name only brings up references to this article as well as to a brief mention in a book, which only lists him as a brief mention among many other names. There's no reason for this to exist and I can't really see where it would even merit a redirect since there isn't really a page where it'd be appropriate to redirect to. The closest thing would be Russian Mafia but there's many different sects and I just feel that it'd be too broad of a redirect.
