Collection of trivial, fictional, unconnected concepts that share a similar name. There's not even a shared theme, everything from gods to ancient aliens. It should be deleted and Old One probably be redirect to Lovecraft or turned into a dab page. TTN (talk) 17:00, 2 December 2019 (UTC)

- Delete As you said, unconnected. It refers to any mention of the words "Old One" rather than specifically the beings of Lovecraft. It's therefore total WP:SYNTH and an unencyclopedic list of fancruft.ZXCVBNM (TALK) 17:05, 2 December 2019 (UTC)
- Delete. I'm amazed this article even exists. All that the entries have in common is the words "old one". JIP | Talk 17:14, 2 December 2019 (UTC)
Keep as no reason exists for deletion. --131.123.51.67 (talk) 17:58, 2 December 2019 (UTC)Sock of banned user- Delete- Per zxcvbnm. This is badly sourced cruft with nothing to tie it together but a similarity of naming. Reyk YO! 18:43, 2 December 2019 (UTC)
- Delete - This is nothing but a collection of times the phrase "old one" was used in fiction, most of which being completely unrelated to one another. This is complete WP:SYNTH. Rorshacma (talk) 19:21, 2 December 2019 (UTC)
- Comments I turned the redirect Old One here into a dab page based on articles starting with "Old One". Also, a very similiar concept is explained at Elder race. – sgeureka t•c 20:40, 2 December 2019 (UTC)
- Delete. Sguerek's new dab page is quite sufficient. (I've retargeted Old Ones there.) Clarityfiend (talk) 20:46, 2 December 2019 (UTC)
- Delete While Lovecraft was the most influential horror author since Poe, we do not need to list every single time a writer used the term "Old One". ―Susmuffin Talk 23:47, 2 December 2019 (UTC)
- Delete. Wiktionary concept at best. No evidence this term has been analyzed by scholars of literature or such. --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here 08:47, 3 December 2019 (UTC)
- Delete. The usual fancruft. Fails GNG/NFICTION.Kacper IV (talk) 12:22, 5 December 2019 (UTC)
