Largely unverifiable. I can't find good info on the iPOP award, he doesn't seem to be included in the first source (Be Art), and so on. His youtube parody exists[1] but is not notable, this is a blog and doesn't mention him (at least not his "beto" nickname, perhaps it is using his real name but no way to match this with any certainty): in either case, the iPOP website[2] used as a source here gives no results for either that other name nor for Beto.
