- Delete. The only notability claims stated here are that she was an unsuccessful candidate for political office and that she was president of a university student union — but neither of those are "inherently" notable roles that get a person into an encyclopedia in and of themselves, and the article is not referenced nearly well enough to make her markedly more special than everybody else who's done the same things.
