It seems to me that notability was somewhat shaky... even when the site existed. It no longer does. Right now the article reads like a promotional blurb for a nonexistent site. Delete: The given references are normal start-up coverage; the best is perhaps the One Million by One Million Blog describing the venture as "a perfectly viable business opportunity" but that falls short of evidence of attained notability. I found one 2013 overview which briefly discussed this among other entrants to a "crowded sector" ("Fashioning Success", via Highbeam, subscription reqd.) but again not enough.
