Tagged for notability since 2010 - I don't feel that restoring a LST into a museum is a noteworthy enough achievement to make him notable Gbawden (talk) 11:29, 6 June 2014 (UTC)
- Delete, notability is essentially WP:ONEEVENT. Not mentioned in USS LST-325, article in ship in question, or I would suggest a merge.TheLongTone (talk) 13:01, 6 June 2014 (UTC)

- Delete. One of 28 men who sailed a ship. Not notable. -- Necrothesp (talk) 15:40, 6 June 2014 (UTC)
- Delete non-notable individual. — dainomite 15:45, 6 June 2014 (UTC)
- delete I was eventually able to determine that there was a Norval Jones who did serve as a med tech on this trip and who did die early in 2008, but that's about the size of it. It's not enough to justify what reads like a dump of his death notice. Mangoe (talk) 15:55, 6 June 2014 (UTC)
- Delete. Agree with comments above. A quick google search revealed nothing substantive.--Tomwsulcer (talk) 16:18, 9 June 2014 (UTC)
