Does not meet WP:GNG. The only sources I could find were trivial mentions of Nora Young and some student media that doesn't count toward notability based on WP:RSSM. TipsyElephant (talk) 19:32, 3 July 2021 (UTC)

- Keep. Being host of a nationally-networked radio program that's been on the air for almost 15 years is the kind of notability claim where we should be making every effort to maintain an article rather than deleting them — and while I'll grant that most of the referencing here was bad, it really didn't require much effort to improve it: once again, the real issue is that for a person whose notability claim stretches back to the 1990s, you have to dig into databases, because Google is not going to find coverage from 30 or even 20 years ago. - Keep - there's a bunch of sources out there that could be used to build on the article and that do seem to indicate some degree of notability. There's things like interviews of her in Maclean's and Women & Tech, event notices of her giving lectures such as at UBC, at McMaster, and at UNB, this 2014 article about a talk she gave, CBC covering her book, this from the Winnipeg Free Press, her getting an honorary degree from WLU, etc... - Keep, Meets WP:GNG as the host of a notable program. Alex-h (talk) 07:14, 6 July 2021 (UTC)
- Keep. The Kirchoff article from 1995 is 1,600 words almost all about Young (her career, her personality, her approach to the show) and that was in the first year of the program, when her career was only just beginning. Searching my library's newspapers for "'Norah Young' CBC," it looks like there are hundreds of articles in ProQuest which mention her in some way. The article itself could use some more love but she certainly meets WP:SIGCOV. ~ L 🌸 (talk) 09:32, 7 July 2021 (UTC)
