Keep: meets WP:CREATIVE #3. In addition to the two buildings mentioned in the article, he contributed to the Kolomna Speed Skating Center, per this source: [1], as well as other significant projects. Keep: Several sources discuss his work as can be found here. These are all in English. I'm sure someone who knows Russian can find a lot more than this.
