Unable to find any evidence this campaign/advocacy organization reached N:ORG level of coverage. Considered a merger to North_Carolina_International_Port#Public_and_political_support_versus_opposition, but the target has issues of its own and not sure it would be DUE. - Delete This appears to have been written by multiple SPAs aligned with the subject of the article, and reeks of promo. The North Carolina International Port article is little better. This should not be merged anywhere. Trainsandotherthings (talk) 19:10, 14 November 2022 (UTC)
