I argue that the article lacks WP:SIGCOV to merit its own article and as such I re-directed to ALCO PA where a sentence about this train car is mentioned. The re-direct has been challenged and reverted by an IP editor. I am making this nomination pursuant to WP:ATD-R instructions for what to do when re-direct is challenged. I feel that the target ALCO PA is appropriate, but if a consensus can not be established for appropriate target, I suggest that it'd be deleted for lack of SIGCOV.   • Merge. In the absence of sources about the individual locomotive, I think a merge is appropriate. Oregon Rail Heritage Center might also be a good merge target, although I gather the ORHC doesn't actually own the locomotive. I've visited the ORHC several times and it's on prominent display there.
