Only one place with an article. The other isn't even mentioned in its linked article. Clarityfiend (talk) 08:10, 5 December 2020 (UTC)
- Keep, this is not a dab, this is a set index article. Set index articles can even consist fully of red links.--Ymblanter (talk) 08:11, 5 December 2020 (UTC)

- Delete The dab Neya which links the town would be allowed to also link the red rural locality. Reywas92Talk 19:23, 5 December 2020 (UTC)
- No it won't. Red links must satisfy WP:DABRL to be included on disambiguaton pages. For set indices, a reference is sufficient (but including a reference on a disambiguation page is also contrary to disambiguation page formatting guidelines; hence a set index).—Ëzhiki (Igels Hérissonovich Ïzhakoff-Amursky) • (yo?); December 6, 2020; 21:22 (UTC)

- Delete per nom. No corresponding article/index in Russian. Trivial info. Kolma8 (talk) 13:42, 13 December 2020 (UTC)

- Keep, per Ymblanter. Just because there's no Russian article doesn't mean we don't want one. Having the set index is helpful for people working in the area of Russian localities as it helps keep track of what has an article and what doesn't yet. ♠PMC♠ (talk) 08:56, 28 December 2020 (UTC)
