Non-notable company (and its parent?). "planning to release a phone in late 2014"; by now, too keep that in the article, and thus the whole article, would be violating WP:CRYSTAL.

- Weak delete - There was a spate of coverage up to around November of last year. While I know that notability isn't temporary, right now it seems the company is dead, and since the company is dead, there isn't enough coverage coming out that would warrant a separate article.
