This is an article with heavy notability issues. It was created by a currently globally banned user and composed in a completely not WP:NPOV fashion. A 3-day conference that gained some media coverage back in 2019 but received no further coverage since. According to our criteria, this is a typical WP:NOTNEWS case. Delete. The concept/topic/conference failed to become enduring, GScholar has a single mention of this from 2020, regular Google search for '"New Polish School of Holocaust Scholarship" -wiki' gives just 50 results. This generated a bit of media attention when it happened and that's it. A lot of coverage in the article doesn't meet WP:SIGCOV. I don' think this meets WP:GNG.Wikipedia:Notability (events). PS.
