Appears to be a hoax. 0 Google hits and most worryingly, 0 GoogleBooks hits. I find it implausible that a group or tribe of any significance would be completely absent from the literature. The rest of the stub is full of dubious: "stone technology" (!?) or "100 chose to live in the old ways instead of within the walls of civilization" are typical of hoax content.
