Delete. Based on the available documentation on the NHAI website, I cannot find any evidence that a NH 142 exists. As it stands, this violates WP:V, but I would be willing to reconsider if such evidence is found. --Kinu ^t/_c 20:46, 24 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Delete Not listed (here) on the maps of India website, nor here on the National Highways Agency's own list. In the absence of any sources showing WP:V, this should be removed from Wikipedia. Note that there are at least two State Highway 142 listed. See State Highway 142 (Tamil Nadu) and this one] in Karnataka. (But that's no reason to redirect to either of them.)
