Wikipedia is not for telling the world about good work or good people. The sourcing doesn't indicate notability. Source 1 is an interview with the subject and is therefore not independent, source 2 doesn't even mention him, source 3 is a Facebook link (not a reliable source), and source 4 is his own website.
