  • Delete. Although I'm not strongly opposed to the Merge/Redirect option, I just don't see why we need any articles on a project that was never built. Both articles were created when the project was in the planning stage; both should have been deleted back then as WP:CRYSTAL. NewYorkActuary (talk) 22:19, 29 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
