I'm not sure exactly what is going on here, but the page is clearly not written to the norms of en.wiki and has been without proper referencing for many years. To me it reads like an essay imported from elsewhere (I've not been able to find a source) but it is such a skipfire that it needs WP:TNT until someone can completely rewrite it from scratch with proper referencing. Delete: Nothing for this "group"? found (I'm unsure what to call them). I get hits on the Neo Bank and other things using the term "neo", nothing about this entity. Oaktree b (talk) 16:56, 16 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
