Keep because it passes WP:GNG. If it reads like a guide or manual it should be rewritten (maybe a WP:TNT). A Google News search yeilds reviews from TechRadar, Softpedia, and Windows Central. There are also dozens of listicles that include the software such as articles by The Windows Club, Digital Trends, Windows Report, Windows Report again, and again, Windows Central, Windows Central again, Gizmodo, MakeUseOf, and LifeHacker.
