A Pakistani educator and activist. Unable to find any sources about him. Can't find the references that is listed in the article. Article says he is studying for his PhD. NOTE: His full name is Muhammad Shabir Khan Tanoli. People often leave off Muhammad when using their name. Tried searching under various different name combinations.
